Matt Omo
This is my Story ...
Matt Omo is a sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and teacher whose work is centred around the use of sound and breath as pathways for awareness, healing, and transformation. With over two decades of experience, he has developed a deeply integrative approach that draws on both ancient practices and modern understandings of the mind and body.
His journey has been shaped by a long-standing interest in consciousness, personal growth, and the unseen forces that influence how we feel, think, and move through the world. This exploration has led him to work extensively with sound, breath, meditation, and spiritual psychology as tools to access deeper states of awareness, creativity, and connection.
Matt is the creator of “Soul Vibing,” a process that weaves together sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and psychological insight. Through this work, he guides individuals into expanded states where the nervous system can settle, the mind can soften, and space can open for new perspectives, emotional release, and inner alignment.
He holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology, a Diploma in Sound Healing, and is trained as a Reiki Master, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator. Drawing from a wide range of traditions and teachings, his work bridges different modalities in a way that feels both grounded and accessible, while still allowing for depth and transformation.
Matt is the co-founder of Live in Flow, the wellbeing organisation offering workshops and retreats across Australia and internationally, supporting individuals to reconnect, reset, and grow through process built experiences.
Alongside his facilitation work, he is the author of Love Your Vibe: Using the Power of Sound to Take Command of Your Life, where he shares practical ways to work with sound as a tool for self-awareness, healing, and personal empowerment.
He has shared his work through workshops, retreats, and corporate programs across Australia, Europe, and the United States, working with a diverse range of people and communities. His approach is both steady and expansive—supporting individuals to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and explore new ways of being with greater clarity and ease.
At the heart of Matt’s work is a commitment to making these practices accessible and relevant to modern life—offering pathways for those seeking to reduce stress, deepen self-awareness, enhance creativity, and live in greater alignment with themselves.
