For thousands of years, Sound Healing has been woven into cultures across the world — from First Nations Aboriginal communities to the Egyptians, Native American traditions, and diverse shamanic lineages. At its core lies the understanding that sound profoundly influences the body, mind, and nervous system.

Modern science is beginning to support what these traditions have long understood: that vibration exists beyond what we can hear, and that the human body itself is a dynamic field of frequency. Our thoughts, emotions, and physical systems all carry vibrational qualities, constantly interacting and influencing our state of being.

Matt works with sound in an innovative process called Soul Vibing. This approach integrates sound, breath, bio-chemistry, psychology, and meditation to take participants on a journey into a hyper-conscious state—a space where awareness expands, creativity soars, and the body synchronises into flow. This is accomplished using drums, the voice, gongs, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments, merged with practices that tune the “instruments” of your mind, emotion, and body.

Working with sound in this way allows deeper layers of the self to become accessible—creating space to acknowledge, feel, and process what may have been held beneath the surface. From activation to integration, the body naturally moves through tension, releasing and restoring itself, while beneficial neurochemicals such as dopamine and oxytocin support a sense of clarity, wellbeing, and connection.

Rather than passive listening, this work invites awareness and presence. It provides a space to explore, release, and integrate—supporting profound healing, emotional processing, and the development of new pathways in the body and mind.

Over time, this practice can support:

  • Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation

  • Emotional release and processing

  • Increased clarity and mental stillness

  • Heightened creativity and flow

  • A deeper sense of connection within the body

Sound becomes both a gateway and a guide—helping you move through intensity, access deeper parts of yourself, and return to a more balanced, integrated state.
